Booking Terms and Conditions
Standard booking terms:
- Peaceful enjoyment = you agree that you will not disturb the peaceful enjoyment of other holiday makers
- Deposit = 20% (if booking direct)
- Balance = Payable 6 weeks before the arrival date (if booking direct)
- Electricity = Included with central heating and hot water
- Occupancy = Maximum of 6 persons (additional child please ask)
- Entry = Key safe code
- Minimum booking = 3 nights
- Cancellation = Payments can only be refunded if re-let (or as stated on agents site)
- Smoking = Strictly no smoking in the bungalow
- Dogs must be kept under control so as not to disturb others
- Cleaning = Please leave the chalet as you would expect to find it and to pay for/replace any breakages.
Activities: (subject to availability)
- Games room = Free access daily
- Tennis = Free access - bring own equipment (there should be 4 rackets in the bungalow)
- Playgrounds = there is a small children's playground in front of the bungalow and a larger children's playground near the Tennis Courts
Bed linen and towels:
- All pillows with protectors, duvets and mattress protectors provided
- Please bring a quilt cover, sheet and pillow slip for each bed and towels
